I found the staff very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. the location was excellent. I could easily walk to many attractions. i was also able to store my luggage after checkout, really convenient for my last day.

the street outside was occasionally a little noisy but it wasn't a big issue.

the room had fresh towels provided daily and was clean. there was also a mini market just next door, a very convenient feature. a vending machine offered snacks and drinks right in the hallway.

the staff communicated quickly on whatsapp to answer questions. the reception personnel provided useful recommendations and information. they helped with early check-in making my arrival much easier.

I found a shared kitchen available, a great option to make coffee. the keyless entry system was very convenient. I didn't have to worry about keys. the building felt safe. This was important as a solo traveler.
